SHIPPING
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals. We prepare and ship your order as soon as we can once received. Processing of orders may take up to 48 hours. Additionally, if your order is already shipped or ready to be shipped, it cannot be canceled for any reason. Shipping typically takes 5 - 7 business days or sometimes might take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on your location. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 10 - 15 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

1. We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times; we cannot be held liable for couriers guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS), UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS). We will NOT refund shipping charges if the courier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
Most of our shipments include Tracking with Indirect Signature Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1.800.ASK.USPS), UPS (Call 1-800-PICK-UPS) in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address.
2. If you live outside the US, you might be held responsible for customs duties charged by your country. This rarely happens as customs usually don't care much about one parcel, but if it does, you might have to pay around 15-20% of the purchase price to your government (check your local rates for more details).
On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks. Even longer for some slow-to-ship countries as listed above. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, Rose Forever does not accept returns. But, in certain cases we may consider to accept returns. If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us 2 hours or less after you place the order. Please contact us at help@irose.us with any questions, comments, or concerns, and a team member will do his best to assist you. If you do not contact us within 6 hours of placing an order, your order cannot be canceled. Additionally, if your order is already shipped or ready to be shipped, it cannot be canceled for any reason. We ship Monday through Friday with no interruption, excluding weekends and holidays.
Unfortunately, I Rose INC does not accept returns. If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to contact us 24 hours or less after you place the order. Please contact us at help@irose.us with any questions, comments, or concerns, and a team member will do everything possible to assist you. If you do not contact us within 24 hours of placing an order, your order cannot be canceled. Additionally, notwithstanding the foregoing, if your order is already in the process of being created, it cannot be canceled for any reason whatsoever.
